北京依格曼物流机械有限公司是于一九九七年注册成立的中外合资企业，专业生产物料管理搬运机械。现有职工200多人，占地面积近十万平方米，建筑面积三万平方米。具有五万台手动托盘车及一万台内燃、电动叉车的生产能力。
公司成立初期主要产品为手动托盘车，产品90%以上出口，远销欧美及东南亚国家。
2002年公司开发新产品（内燃、电动叉车），并在2003年6月通过国家工程机械质量监督检验中心及机械工业部工程机械军用改装车试验场的检验，取得了质量检验证书。目前现有职工中管理人员32人，具有中级职称以上的27人，专业技术人员中80%以上具有高级职称。正由于有一支高素质的技术队伍，在产品的开发速度、技术优势、质量控制方面提供了有力的保证。
